ELDRITCH TRACKER

The short version: Eldritch Tracker keeps everything you enter on your device. We don't have a server, we don't collect your data, we don't track you, and we don't sell anything to anyone. The app doesn't even use the internet.

Who we are

Eldritch Tracker ("the app") is developed and operated by US Advantage Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information you enter

Eldritch Tracker lets you record details about your game campaign — player names, investigator colors, trauma counts, item lists, scenario names, notes, and experience points. All of this is stored on your device using Apple's on-device database. It is never transmitted to us or anyone else, and we have no ability to see it.

What we do not do

• No accounts or sign-in.
• No network connection — the app works entirely offline and sends nothing over the internet.
• No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of your personal data.
• No collection of your data on our servers — we don't operate one for the app.

Sending feedback

If you choose Settings → Feedback, the app opens your own email app with a pre-addressed message. To help with troubleshooting, the draft includes the app version and your device's iOS version and model. Nothing is sent unless you tap send, and the email goes through your own email account — not through any service of ours.

Data retention and deletion

You are in control of your data. You can edit or delete scenarios and investigators at any time, or reset everything with Settings → Clear All Data. Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device. Because there is no cloud copy, that deletion is complete and permanent.

Security

Your information is protected by your device's own security, including its passcode and Apple's data protection.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll revise the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
